My Weight Management Epiphany
Over 8 years ago, I was carrying far too much weight, constantly ill and struggling to do the smallest amount of physical activity. That was when I knew I had to change, before my body suffered irreparable damage. I dedicated myself to studying nutrition, fitness, and the human body so I could bring back my weight to a healthier level.
Today, I’m in my 60s and in the best shape of my life. Instead of getting out of breath while walking down the drive, I am cycling in the mountains with my friends. And now, I coach overweight men to reclaim their vitality so they too have strong, fit, and healthy bodies that are brimming with energy.
